LevelUp Living Member Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Participation in the LevelUp Living Referral Program is open to current members who wish to refer friends or acquaintances (“Referrers”). The referred individual must be a new user who has not previously registered with LevelUp Living.

Referral Process

  • To refer someone, the Referrer must submit a referral form provided by LevelUp Living. This form should include the Referral’s name, contact information, and any other requested details.

  • The Referral must complete their application and registration within 90 days of being referred by the Referrer for the referral to be eligible for the bonus.

  • Referrals must be genuine, and only verified referrals will qualify for bonuses.

Referral Bonus

  • Referrers can earn up to a total of $600 in referral bonuses per calendar year.

  • A $150 gift card will be awarded for each successful referral once they move into a LevelUp Living residence.

  • The bonus will be processed within 30 days after the Friend’s move-in date.

Program Modifications and Termination

  • LevelUp Living reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. This may include changes to the referral bonus amount, bonus distribution method, and program terms.

  • Notification of changes may not be provided in advance, and it is the responsibility of the Referrer to review the terms periodically.

Non-Affiliate Program

  • The LevelUp Living Referral Program is intended for personal use and is not an affiliate or commission-based program.

  • Any abuse of the referral program, including falsifying information or creating fake referrals, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any pending or earned bonuses.

General Terms

  • LevelUp Living may disqualify any participant foudn to be in violation of the program’s terms.

  • All decisions regarding the program made by LevelUp Living are final and binding.

  • By submitting a referral form, Referrers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
