Home Rules

  • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or on the property.

  • No pets allowed (except for registered service/emotional support animals).

  • Members are responsible for keeping the property and their room clean.

  • Participation in the "SWAT" cleaning rotation is required, or a $50/month opt-out fee.

  • Flushing non-toilet paper items down the toilet is prohibited.

  • Personal items must be kept in designated spaces, not in common areas.

Parking

  • Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or designated parking spots.

  • Parking on the lawn is not allowed, and members will be responsible for any damage.

Application Approval

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old to become a member.

  • Service and emotional support animals must be registered with LevelUp Living prior to move-in.

Guest Stay Rules

  • Members are allowed up to 5 overnight guests per month.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older.

  • Guests cannot be present in the residence while the member is absent.

  • Gatherings of 3 or more people require 3 days' notice and consent from other members.

Violation and Penalty Process

First Violation: Formal written warning.

Second Violation: $100 fine and second written notice.

Third Violation: Termination of membership and requirement to vacate the property.

Management reserves the right to accelerate the penalty process for severe violations, such as illegal activities, violence, or substantial property damage.
